Alaska Monitoring Services (AKMS) started with limited resources—a mere $30,000 in initial funding—and needed a strategic framework to rapidly establish itself as a reputable public safety provider in Alaska. The Construction Education Foundation (CEF) needed a leader who could expand its reach, secure funding, and form partnerships to provide Alaskans with career-oriented training in construction trades.

As CEO, I spearheaded a transformation initiative to make CEF the premier training hub for construction in Alaska.
